Life philosophy
The maxim “a sound mind in a sound body” drives my life. To be able to lead others well, you must first be able to lead yourself. The biggest reward in my professional life is that people I work with grow both as persons and as professionals. As a leader, I’m getting feedback that I’m easy to work with: I’m demanding, direct and at the same time just. With me, you don’t need to guess what we’re doing and why, what is our joint agenda and our goal. I’m always willing to put myself on the line for common good and to ensure the happiness of those I work with. I want to learn something new every day — by studying people, life and theory. For me, it is a great thing to share what I’ve learned with others who want to receive it.
